ONE Announcement: Stolen and Hijacked Vehicle Claims
We continue to see a rise in incidents of stolen and hijacked vehicles. It is imperative to any possible recovery of the vehicle that we are notified of the incident as soon as possible. You are therefore requested to remind your clients to contact our call centers as soon as possible after they became aware of a loss. Our call centers will ensure that our network of agents is notified to start a search for the vehicle.
HCV clients may contact the Truck Assist call centre on 0861000 493 or 0027 21 851 7059 outside RSA and personal policy clients may call the emergency assist number 0861 000 286 or by merely pressing the panic button on our mobile app.
